Eating a healthy breakfast can help children maintain energy and focus, and think clearly throughout the day. Here’s a healthy breakfast to try.
My children love fruits and so, I squeezed a fruit juice with green and red apples, mangos and strawberries. As for yogurt parfait, I added strawberries, Manuka honey and wild blueberry granola to a home made yogurt and voila!
I’ve recently learned hot to make a traditional Armenian yogurt. I’ll post the recipe in my next article. It’s easy-breezy!
